In January of 2012, my husband and I moved from Bend to Boring, Oregon. For real.
I quit my job and we said goodbye to our friends and church family and we traded the blue sky and sunshine of the high desert for the lush, drippy green of “the other side” of the mountain.
Now I spend my life (rather guiltily) embracing my favorite things: reading, cooking, gardening, spending time with family, searching pinterest, pretending to be creative, and hanging out with “the tall one” and my favorite four-legged wonder, Charlie Brown.
